Kaye Winwoods is known for her experimental interactive artwork which consists of reinventing the way we experience food. She encourages letting go of our cutlery and embracing our bodies to experience food in a whole new light. For Digbeth's Fridays, I was a part of a team to help create an art installation where she could perform her work. This video gives an insight into how the sense can be heightened using smell, touch, sight and sound.
